they could spend HOURS on the shore throwing rocks, climbing banks, collecting sticks, and finding secret passageways. matthew and i enjoy just sitting back and watching them enjoy it. there's nothing like it.
as long as grey can learn a new skill, tuck can get down into the earth and get dirty, and will finds a stick, all are content. and protest loudly when it's time to go home.
