dear daddy

hi!

though we've gotten a few emails from you and communicated a little that way, we wanted to post some pictures for you to see what we've been up to while you are away.

as you can see, we've been swimming! after a good swim, will's hair has taken on this look. and it's really pretty awesome.

the boys have been spending lots of time playing with all of mommy, uncle nathan, and uncle chad's old toys. cars, trucks, little people, puzzles, books, games and they have even been a full blown marching band with cymbals and all!

grey and tuck got to go buy fireworks with poppie and they can't quit talking about shooting them! thanks for paving the way for good firework memories.

we went to the park yesterday and played for a short while. mommy is no spring chicken anymore. she realized it when she spun herself so much on the tire swing, she was nauseous the rest of the evening. but everyone else loved it!

tuck especially misses you. i'm sure that's no surprise. as you can imagine, he has taken right to poppie just as he does you. he's also been especially challenging the past few days. it's clear he needs that good strong male in his life. so thankful that you are that for him.

marmie treated us to chic fil a today for lunch. tuck chose to eat his cream cone like this.

grey has been his responsible self looking out for everyone and eating everything at every meal without complaining. it's impressive really. he's such a great leader for the younger two. and loves them so much.

we are all doing really well. we do miss you and can't wait to hear from you soon.
