when the line is too long to walk through Bethlehem, you make a night of it and get dessert at amelies, stroll around the streets and find the new fountain that was truly mesmerizing. then an hour later, there is no line and you walk right in! couldn't have been a more unexpected, enjoyable evening. that's just my kind.
