we finished up school before christmas break and went straight into baking days.
made my mom's infamous gingerbreads this year and packaged them up to give to friends. they were fun to make and decorate together!
then the stomach bug hit the house conveniently right before christmas. which means we stayed home and had some really awesome days as a family. it was so good to slow down honestly. and the bug itself was short lived so we were able to fill our days with games and legos, guns and skateboarding. we went to a movie and out to dinner.
and we found little will asleep adorned with christmas lights in all the holiday cheer!
oh, i also did my first load of little girl laundry!!! can't forget that :)
